Good apartment block , good parking and security… good value for money …

Shower / bath system

This is not a hotel it's a privately owned high-rise condo which almost works like an Airbnb. Truly the only great thing about this was the location within walking distance from all the surrounding temples, restaurants and lakes all within walking distance. Free garage parking.

Very disappointed I couldn't sleep for three nights there the bed was stiffer than concrete. The bathtub which works as a shower was even difficult to get in and out, also the shower head couldn’t reach the top of my head and very low water pressure. The place was unclean, hard time communicating with the manager of the property her English was not that good and really had a hard time communicating to access the condo and give her back the key card.No breakfast.

Not a lot

Facilities weren’t good Room wasn’t clean Renting a room for a year for only a few days Questioned by security about contract Avoid will land someone in danger and want you to sign.

Nice view and location

Placed was not really checked before arrival Ants crawling No microwave or dishes Stains, dust/dirt on white/yellow bed sheets Cocoons of bugs everywhere No hot water, fixed the on 4th day Communication very difficult

It's just an over priced AirBnB. No one will clean the room and change the sheets/towels during the stay.

good location, nice apartment, nice view from balcony over one of the lakes in central Khon Kaen

The Booking.com directions to the property were WRONG (and still wrong when I used the booking.com link into Google Maps). I eventually found the place by putting the second part of the the address into Google Maps myself. N.B. this is NOT a criticism of the property or the owner but of Booking.com
