Nothing at all

The breakfasts were really excellent and I think were included due to my booking.com "Genius" status. The bathrooms were also well equipped with a fairly large shower.

My only slight complaints are that the rooms are very small and there is quite a bit of road/traffic noise if one stays in one of the rooms at the front of the property. I would therefore recommend getting a room on the back of the property if possible.

The staff is amazing - nothing is too much effort, all done with a big smile. I had to leave very early on a Sunday morning, and they said "no problem" and made me a warm breakfast with all the trimmings. I have been to many guesthouses where the host will not make any effort due to it being too early. The two ladies truly jumped in, and served this all with a joyful attitude! Well done! The room was huge, comfortable, spotless clean, with tea & coffee and even 2 rusks. Good communication after booking (I had to collect the key before check-in time, which they gladly assisted with). Great security, convenient location. I can highly recommend this guest house.
