Wonderful food and superb facilities. The hot spring bathing was so relaxing! The staff were friendly and professional. I came away feeling totally refreshed and relaxed.

Hot Spring on top floor, Sauna,cold plunge, outside bath with beautiful view. Welcoming tea and Japanese dessert was nice. Free drinks in refrigerator, snacks and coffee etc.. Received wonderful body treatment @Mahora Spa and product used was excellent.

"Chic Modern Ryokin in Hakodate"

Absolutely beautiful room and hotel. The hotel onsen was also very nice. We would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling to Hakodate.

The property is somewhat far from the center of the city. It's pretty easy to use the city trams to get into town and easy to find parking in town if you have a car.

"Quality to the core of Japanese hospitality and food coma on a fancy way."

The customer service is top notch, the willingness to help on any request or requirement you might have. They were absolute legends, and even though I have tattoos they accomodate a time after midnight for me to enjoy the hot springs. The food was Michelin star quality love it to the core and really focus on local produces.

The fact that I didn’t book more nights hahaha should have stayed at least two.
