酒店位置不错，下面就有超市和汉堡店，离老城也在1公里附近

第一天热水不太热，窗帘不够长有些不太遮光

الموقع ممتاز جدا طاقم العمل متعاون جدا اي سوال عن مواقع الترفيه او سياحيه يعطونك المفيد من المطاعم او الإمكان السياحيه ببخاري المديره متعاونه بشكل غير استثنائي بكل تفاصيل الاقامه كانت هناك مشكله بأول يوم وصولي تمت المتابعه ع الفور الشكر لمديره الفندق نوزي وطاقم الاستقبال

This hotel looks the part on the surface. Unfortunately there were many poor qualities - given how expensive the hotel is (Western European price) it does not deliver at all. 1. The air conditioning in the room did not work at all - this was an ongoing issue that the hotel engineer and the hotel desk manager came to our room for. It was 28 deg in the room and they did not put the ‘chiller’ on claiming that there were guests from India that may be cold. This was completely unacceptable - 31 deg outside and we paid for a room with air conditioning that did not work and made it impossible to sleep. 2. Airport pick up - arranged far in advance and the driver did not know which hotel or indeed where it was located - continued below

3. Gym was large but some equipment broken and the floor had clearly not been cleaned 4. Breakfast was chaotic - food not labelled (no good for vegetarians) no cups for coffee or glasses for water replenished with staff not having any clear direction or clue of how to work. Food items not replenished so if you go in the middle of service you are unlikely to get a full choice. 5. Staff attitude - really needs to be more professional - a greeting when you enter / leave the hotel for example We would not stay here again - the sweltering room temperature making it impossible to sleep as the main but not only reason

При оплате были проблемы с карты сеяли сумму оплаты три раза, несколько дней ждал возврат В номере куцие и дешевые принадлежности тапки, шампуни и крема. Не работал выключатель в душе, нельзя нормально выключить душ и почти нельзя настроить температуру воды. Плохо работал унитаз невозможно нажать на слив. Не работали полотенце сушители в душевой холодно. Раковины установлены на столешницы под встройку, и они очень высокие и не удобные. В номере стоят стремные аксесуары, стремная лампа под кожу на столе часы которыми нельзя пользоваться так как при отключении света они сбивают время и их надо перенастраивать. Сейфы не зафиксированы на шкаф, в чем их смысл при весе в 3 кг неясно. Между номерапи в типа сьюте неверно установлены замки и получилось что дети могут нашу спальню закрыть на две двери с замком. В номере ужасно темно, все освещение это 2 спота, шторы просвечивают и утром светло как днем с открытыми шторами. При бронировании мне нужно было добавить день и при обращении в отель они мне ответили сами там как-то разберитесь что вам там нужно. Завтрак вроде ничего но тоже как в бедной семье вместо нормальных 2-3х кофемашин стоят 6домашких, половина из которых не работает, все 5 грязные и плохо обслужены внутри и так как все это на потоке плохо работает рядом стоит парень в мыле и без конца перезаправляет их и вытряхивает отработаный кофе чтобы это все как то рабоотало. Чувак который жарит яичницу дри дня исчезал когда мы приходили. Видно что в отеле экономят на всем. А цена за 3 ночи за сдвоенный номер у нас вышла в 1300 долларов и это ужас . Самарканд силк роад и самарканд мевенпик при качестве все выше на много стоил в почти 2 раза дешевле. Больше туда ни ногой.

The size of the rooms and bathrooms were huge. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. Especially the manager Ms.Nazokat, she was very helpful and professional. Only suggestion is to arrange more lights in the room.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very kind, especially the manager Nozy, she upgraded us to a lovely large room and showed us the restaurant and helped us to reserve a table. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing Nozy again.
