It says 5 bathrooms there are 3 & 2 cloakrooms; the beds were old small & uncomfortable, mattresses not clean, we suspect the property doesn’t meet fire regulations. The furniture was old & very worn. Cobwebs everywhere & mice! Windows not child friendly! They could fall out!

GBLoved the heated pool -was an absolute hit for our holiday and blessed with great weather too.
The water pressure is low so the showers and toilets not great but you get used to it.

GBPool was very clean and a great temperature , a good size for groups. The character of the house is amazing, with an intriguing garden - the property is peaceful and not overlooked. Good sea views from the upper floor. Plenty of plates, cutlery and loads of fridge and freezer space, def enough for large groups. The rooms are a good size.
House water pressure was low in showers etc and the hot water temperature was only warm, probably to be expected as it is a Victorian house and is kept as such - very interesting interior. None of this detracted from the groups enjoyment of the stay.

Difficult to find or absent basic amenities like tomato ketchup, cling film, tinfoil, extra bin-liners or extra towels. Some of the furnishings however grand were a little worn out (eg the beds.)

AUExcellent Victorian property, with soo much character, in a great location. The house came alive with a very large family staying in it. All the space and facilities anyone could ever need.
GBLocation great but a few negatives like key issues to get into house on arrival, broken pool table and dog mess all over lawn.
Arrival procedure and cleanliness of lawn
GBVery good property. The owner came down to meet us and we had a long chat with her. A very bubbly personality. The pool was clean, covered and heated which made a big difference. The house was clean, sheets/pillows/towels, etc. everything was clean. Very big rooms. It’s such a big house that you’ll get lost sometimes, which was the case with us! 😃 there’s ample parking for at least 4 cars/SUVs, though the way into the property is a bit narrow, but we managed (two mid sized sedans and one MPV (Toyota Vellfire). We would definitely be revisiting.
The water pressure is a low, but then again, this is an old victorian house, so can’t really complain.
