Wonbin Safari Jaisalmer

This was the first time I walked out of a hostel without staying there. - The property does not at all look like in the pictures! There is no rooftop Café, and the rooftop was littered with trash and the furniture really ran down. - The room I booked was extremely different to the room they checked me into (I booked the 6bed female). I ended up in a basement room with no windows. - They promised a pick up from the station but nobody showed - when I arrived the staff were still sleeping. I wasn't able to wake them up, but was able to enter the hostel and go all the way up to the rooftop. This did not make me feel like the hostel is a safe environment. They later explained that it's Ramadan so they sleep in the morning. I appreciate the importance of Ramadan, but then tell people they can't check in in the morning (it was 9am when I got there) or make different arrangements. I had previously informed them about my estimated time of arrival All in all I did not feel comfortable staying there so left to go to a different hostel.

Fantastic hostel, we arrived on a night bus early in the morning and started searching for someone to stay, wonbin (the owner) came and picked us up from a cafe and brought us to the hostel. Room was really nice and comfortable, all the staff were very welcoming. Lovely chai and ginger/lemon teas in the rooftop cafe with a great view. The desert safari was incredible with Raja - such an experience to spend a night under the stars with a fire cooked feast, porridge in the morning, and great chat. Highly recommend aradin bhai is good

They offer desert safari in which they will take you to desert on jeep and from there we went on a camel ride then we made a camp in the desert and it was an open camp. We made a camp fire and played, danced and we were singing. It was one pf my best experience. The staff here is very friendly especially alladin. Here you get very good rooms also. They are good and maintained well.

Their hotel is good However their safari is not good as per the price Breakfast and fast food was tasteless
