ITComportamento arrogante e maleducato del proprietario che pur avendo fumato fuori dalla struttura con testimone il portiere ci ha trattati da appestati pretendendo 50 € come cauzione non prevista nella prenotazione e cancellando la prenotazione del giorno successivo. A parte questo episodio a mio avviso molto grave perché ci sono modi più garbati che si devono adottare nei confronti dei clienti, per azionare il climatizzatore c'era una chiave con un lucchetto insieme a quelle della camera, se lasci in camera dunque una persona rimane al caldo. Meno presunzione più cortesia ed educazione il centro di Palermo è pieno di b&b molto più belli. Non tornerò più

LTJuly 2025. The room was on the third floor, accessible by elevator. Spacious room with a coffee machine, kettle, and many convenient amenities. Air conditioning and internet, refrigerator. Comfortable, spacious bed. Quiet environment and good location. The hostess was very friendly and helped with all questions.
There is a slight technical noise from the boiler and water pump, but it is insignificant.

AUAlina is very helpful and answered all our questions to ensure we were comfortable. Great location and excellent cafe/restaurant across the street. Supermarket at our doorstep. We could walk easily to the major places of interest. We really enjoyed our first visit to Palermo and will return!

GBAULovely hostess that greeted me on arrival which I appreciated Apartment is in a Wonderful central location It was Very clean and a comfortable bed to sleep in. The street is quite noisy at nights but that is expected from being on a busy street central location. Thank you for my stay
