The property was beautiful, very up to date, possibly recently renovated.

The only negative comment was the outlook from the balcony was into another, very old and fairly rundown building but to be fair, that’s not the owner’s fault

Overall, we had a good stay and would rate this property 8/10. The apartment is modern, fresh, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent if your priority is being close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Everything is within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient base for exploring the area. The only reason we didn’t give it a higher rating was the noise from the street and the constant wind. Since the property is located next to the windy beach, the wind is simply part of the location and not something the host can change. It made sitting on the balcony or relaxing on the rooftop terrace less enjoyable for us, especially when combined with the traffic noise. That said, if you’re someone who enjoys an early morning run or an active lifestyle, this location is fantastic. The beachfront promenade is perfect for jogging, walking, or starting the day with beautiful sea views. If you don’t plan on spending much time relaxing on the balcony or rooftop terrace and are mainly looking for a comfortable, stylish place close to everything, this is an excellent choice. The property itself is lovely—our only drawback was the natural wind and the street noise, which are simply characteristics of the location rather than the accommodation itself

Very nice, clean and renovated, top floor terrace is perfect! Korres shampoo and bath gel in the bathroom <3

It might be a bit loud in the night, if you have problem with this, consider earplugs

Roof terrace, excellent location, furnishings and cleanliness. Up to date.
