The location was decent and the bed was comfortable- plenty of blankets were provided to stay warm.

Disappointing lack of communication - I messaged two days prior to ask about early check-in and never received a response. We only managed to drop off bags as another guest happened to let us in. We never received a key for our room or the wider building, thus requiring another guest to let us in AGAIN later that evening after we had checked in. Staff completely unresponsive to text and booking.com messages even at reasonable hours. We had to badger the staff for change for our payment (if we hadn’t bumped into them in the morning they would not have paid it!). Slow responsiveness and lack awareness, when we arrived to check in she thought we were just collecting our bags or staying an ‘extra’ night. Unfortunately I think they are understaffed/undertrained by whoever is managing the place. The facilities were fine but need more attentive staff (there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, etc). The price was reasonable but the lack of communication made this stay more stressful than it was worth.

First they called me to tell me how room I booked was booked by mistake and they can give me smaller room. I did not liked that but I agreed anyway.

Main reason I booked this whole was the fact they offer heating in the rooms. When I got to my “room” - see the pictures below - there was no heater but they brought me one. When i returned from my walk she took my heater and refused to give it back although I even offered her to pay as much as she wants for electricity. This place is a fraud and a dump whole. Stay far far away from it!!! Booking should not do business with them.
