Negligencia por flojera y desidia, mala atención al huesped. Los amenace con dar mal comentario en Booking y fue cuando uff el gran servicio (si a mí factura si a cambio de sabanas)antes ni lo intentaron. No me gustó el servicio ni la forma como me atendieron porque en el primer contacto cuando pedí factura no me la quisieron dar cuando sí es obligación que me la den, espero me la den. A la segunda noche pedí cambio de sábanas a las 7am las que había olían a sudor así dormí la primer noche creo que no las cambiaron del fin de semana avisé al administrador y pusieron muchos pretextos y no me las cambiaron. más por flojera negligencia que porque fueran muy complicados mis mis solicitudes y no pusieron jabón para la regadera.

The bed sheets are too small for the mattress and move during the night. The mattress is not really hygienic.

The location was awesome. It was near restaurants and transportation.

The staff was not welcoming or apologetic for making us wait to get in. Instead, we were reprimanded for not following the instructions that were emailed to us. Which BTW we never received until three hours after our arrival. Also, there was mold in all the rooms. The sink was falling off the wall. The shower curtain also had mold. The mattress and pillows were old and stained. It was gross! Overall, our room needed some desperate upkeep. They should also consider putting a fan in the bedroom because there was only a very small window in the bedroom that only let in some fresh air in. The worst part was our front door to our room. It was literally a death trap. We could not open the door from the inside with the key they had given us.
