people. did not responded I was waiting out side for so long. atleast 3 hours. I arrived at 7 am and knocked probably lazy staffs was sleeping deeply. none of them awakened . around 10 am The got up . I was so tired ,when I wanted to check in but which cost me 3 hours .I travelled due to business purpose . I thought i would freshenup and after keeping luggagae will go to work. but time is crucial and 14 hours of bus journey you can understand

Hotel rates are affordable after applying coupon.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a room 1.5 months in advance for a one-night stay, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free experience. However, upon arrival, the lady manager informed me that the room I booked was "out of service" and that an AC room would require an additional payment. The only alternative offered was a shared room with another guest, lacking an attached toilet and bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. With no other options available at the time, I was forced to manage in this inconvenient situation. The lack of transparency and poor handling of the situation left a bad impression. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel for future bookings.
