We stay at 3rd floor and no elevator, its not good if you bring big and heavy bag

"Best place to stay for family getaway in Jogja"

Best location, very near to Malioboro (walking distance) and the staffs really friendly and helpful.

Only stairs and no elevator, maybe difficult for family with elders if the room is upstair.

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel a été vraiment adorable et très réactif : ils m’ont aidée quand j’attendais mon taxi, ont appelé le chauffeur pour qu’il trouve le chemin, et répondaient toujours très rapidement à mes messages sur WhatsApp. L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pied du Palais du Sultan et de la Maison du Président (2 à 5 minutes). Les locaux ont été très gentils aussi, on est venus m'aborder avec beaucoup de bienveillance.

En revanche, petit bémol : les chambres sont mal isolées du bruit, on entend beaucoup le passage des voitures, ce qui rend le séjour un peu bruyant
