Being not the first time to the place, I liked the location and proximity to amenities.

I booked for 2x nights and after the 1st night and coming back from a long day, I found my room not cleaned. To my disappointing surprise, took some pics and sent to the 'manager' (Andre) to enquire why my room was not cleaned (since there is no reception on site). The response I got was very appalling to say the least. I was told that since this is a self-catering establishment and not a hotel, they don't clean every day. I was supposed to request for cleaning or cleaned myself or go to a hotel. During the telephone engagement, I requested a refund for the remaining night. I was told to contact Booking.com with an attitude. I found this disrespectful and aggravating. Contacted Booking.com and unfortunately the owner didn't want to release my refund. Disappointing experience. Will never set foot there. I will take the manager's advice to go to an establishment that cleans EVERYDAY!!!

Spacious rooms, very comfortable. Although remote reception, but all in order if you are coming to sleep and go.

The shower in Rhino room too high (not enough water out coming out). No immediate attention at night without on-site reception.
