"It was a surprise finding it in a house, but was OK and served us well"

Breakfast included was very welcome, especially the tonic water in the can.

The shared bathroom, but it did not cause a peoblem, it was always available when needed.

"Excellent value for money. Better than expected."

The room was clean, tidy and well stocked with various items, better than a Premier Inn. Drinks,flannels, microwave etc.

What could not be helped was the lack of complete privacy but the owner does as much as possible to make this as good as is possible.

The property is clean, and the host is lovely. There is a fridge in the room and also tea and coffee.
