Location was good

Це наш другий приїзд в Убуд і повернення в наш апартамент. Розташування в центрі, але дуже тихо. Гарний номер з виходом до доглянутого басейну. Прекрасний персонал. Наявність кухні загального користування. Вода, чай і кава для гостей постійно в наявності.

This place is at heart of Ubud and is very safe and secure. Stuff can left in the room with minimum surveillance. Yulia, the host, is polite and friendly, shared great travel ideas and food choices. Its a great place to stay in Ubud. Vintage baliese room with very comfortable bed, little swimming pool to chill and unwind. Slept well every night there. Very spacious and I would say its great value

It was a heavy downpour when I reached. Drenched big time bc its situated in middle of road and side of the football field. For pple who grabbing in, do tell the driver to drop off the carpark beside the football field. Room layout ad decoration is dated but its bearable for me. Due to geographic location, ants are almost everywhere. While they are harmless, it's not very pleasant for ants moving around ur dressing table. Occasionally, baby lizards are found crawling around the premise which is really beyond the host.Toilet bowls had old stains which I hope something could have been done.

The first impression after a long flight was the friendly staff who carried my case to my room and were so attentive. The hotel arranged to have a driver pick me up from the airport and drive me to the hotel at a very competitive rate and made my journey very simple. The hotel is run by a wonderful family, and they still run a library within the hotel, which is very sweet as it is a library handed down through the family generations. The hotel is stunning and much bigger than you imagine from outside, and the lovely owners allowed me to store my milk in their fridge, which I am very thankful for. The hotel is spotless and rooms huge, all with a view of the stunning clean pool. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning great, and a kettle provided with tea and coffee. The location is fabulous, in the center so you can walk to all the sights, bars and restaurants but off the street so very quiet. Some people mentioned in the reviews about the noise of the nearby bar, but I am a very light sleeper and didn't hear a sound? I would definitely recommend this hotel with no hesitation, I had a wonderful stay here, and I will definitely be back when I return next year to Ubud. Thank you all for looking after me. ❤️

Such a unique setting tucked behind a library and cultural centre. The location is fantastic - central Ubud, just steps from restaurants, shops, bars, and spas - yet set back from the road, so it feels peaceful (only the occasional sound from a nearby bar). The room had a nice big bed, daily housekeeping available, access to kitchen facilities, and a clean swimming pool. Yulia, our host, and everyone we met were incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, it was amazing value for money, a real pleasure to stay here, and I would highly recommend it. Thank you! 😊

Bathroom: The shower was new and excellent, though the rest of the bathroom could benefit from a little refresh.

L’établissement a son charme ! Il y’a une belle librairie et un beau jardin avec un petit temple. L’hôtel a aussi sa propre piscine. L’emplacement est super on est vraiment au cœur d’Ubud sans être dans la rue principale. Il est caché dans une petite ruelle ce qui fait qu’on entends rien et qu’on est épargné de l’agitation d’ubud. Il y a pleins de restos, supermarchés et boutiques à proximité et on peut tout faire à pied. Si vous restez peu de jours sur Ubud c’est l’établissement idéal.

La salle de bain est fonctionnel mais le tuyau de la clim qui pend dans le vide m’a un peu dérangé (c’est vraiment chercher la petite bête)
