Fantastic location! Little cosy flat with a large patio, perfect for the couple. Susanna was absolutely amazing and suggested a lot of different places we could go and visit.

La camera è estremamente confortevole e pulita. È dotata di cucina con macchina del caffè, bollitore, piano cottura e tutto l’occorrente per poterla utilizzare. Il bagno è comodo e funzionale. Infine, il terrazzino con tavolino e divanetto crea un’atmosfera piacevole e vacanziera, ideale anche per i soggiorni di lavoro. Un grazie speciale all’host per la sua infinita disponibilità.

Great location and very friendly welcome! Also great outside terrace space and comfy bed. Would definitely recommend

There was stain on the towel and no new sponge/replacement in the kitchen which are only little things and easily changed for future guests.

A wonderful apartment! Small, but so perfectly organized and equipped that you could easily spend weeks there. There's more than enough: a refrigerator, oven, microwave, even a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is comfortable, and there's plenty of counter space near the sink for toiletries. Clean and tidy. The owner is wonderful, very friendly, and very approachable! Perfect location, just steps from the cathedral, yet quiet and peaceful. And finally: a phenomenal, large terrace that I could simply live on permanently! I hope to rent this apartment again on my next visit to Perugia. Thank you for everything, and I highly recommend it!

Centralissimo, compatto ma super organizzato. Il terrazzo è davvero comodo, non manca niente. L'host Susanna è la migliore host che abbia incontrato in anni di soggiorni, grazie davvero

Mi è piaciuto tutto, tornerei sicuramente qui e consiglio la struttura. Segnalo che il letto è una piazza e mezza (per chi ha bisogno di più spazio) e nel bagno non c'è un vero bidet (ma la doccia è fantastica e l'acqua è sempre calda calda).
