Sehr nettes Personal. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war ok. Der Ort war auch sehr in Ordnung.

Kein brauchbarer Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Wasser im Meer war teilweise sehr verschmutzt.

La piscine était très agréable et propre. La vue était splendide. La proximité de la mer et des commerces.

The service residence is exactly behind Shangri La Rasa Sayang and it's within 3mins walking distance to the beach. Host is friendly however need to improve the facilities to accommodate travelers.

1. The unit doesn't comes with extra pillows. 2. The TV is relatively small 3. The sofa is pretty old need to change for guest comfortability 4. There's a washing machine but no detergent, so I need to buy one. 5. Guest will be charge RM20 if we're not washing our own dish. This is weird terms & conditions. Whenever I go to hotel / resorts never encounter this T&C. 6. The interior design is not welcoming, need to upgrade.

Excellent service, it was nice and clean, had everything i needed; iron, fridge, kettle, microwave etc!

After tiring cancelled then re-booked flight from Bangkok, and messy communication with agent Frank, we found Frank waiting for us in apartment near midnight to give us the key. Though image through booking dot con was of a hotel apartment which this place is not, we were impressed by this service. Great water view, mountains, fishing boat lights at night. Wonderful food places and cheap nearby

Photos not match presentation on booking dot com Building a bit old, aging quickly. Also no shuttle from airport which was advertised and a reason we chose this place Washing machine mouldy. BYO Malaysian electric plug adapters and toiletries No glasses, just coffee mugs! Apartment actually processed like AirBnB, primarily for guests in Malaysia. If looking for hotel, search ‘hotel’. This was our mistake.
