В квартирі були чистий посуд та чиста білизна. Фактично це двокімнатна квартира. В квартирі є все необхідне для готування їжі.

В душовій кабіні була пліснява. Дуже шумно під вікнами.

Apartament przestronny, z klimatem starej kamienicy - wysokie sufity, grube mury. W mieszkaniu wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy mieliśmy pod ręką - włącznie z przejściówkami do gniazdek. Lokalizacja - ciężko wymarzyć lepszy punkt. Wszędzie blisko. W nocy trochę hałasów z ulicy - ale trudno się dziwić, taki jest urok starego miasta we Włoszech. Nam się podobało - nie ma co narzekać, trzeba się przyłączyć do imprezowiczów, wyspać się można później w domu. Oddzielne słowa uznania dla gospodarza - był bardzo miły i pomocny, czuliśmy się pod opieką od chwili przyjazdu do samego końca. Dostaliśmy namiary i na najbliższy sklep, i na różne wydarzenia kulturalne.

Materac w łóżku był trochę za miękki. I w salonie trochę za mało światła - przydała by się jakaś mocniejsza żarówka.

The landlord's response is not only unjustified, inaccurate, but also misleading. There are no soundproof windows; every night there was severe noise from the street, making sleeping simply impossible. The provided bedding was neither clean nor fresh, so we had to wash it ourselves. Despite our reports, no new sheets were provided. The mosquito screens were broken or missing entirely. And there were many mosquitoes, despite our attempts to remove them, which had no effect. The bedroom lacked a dark curtain, allowing a constant, bright street light to filter in. The living room had no curtain at all, which not only exacerbated the lack of privacy but also led to excessive light. There was no hot water in the bathroom for an entire day, making it unusable. Furthermore, there was a distinct musty smell and visible mold in both the bathroom and the living room, which is downright dangerous for allergy sufferers. The apartment also felt like a basement, despite being on the first floor. It is very outdated and too dark. The landlord was absent throughout the entire stay and offered no solution or support whatsoever. Now he's misleadingly trying to distort the facts with a false response. The asking price is absurdly high for these appalling conditions, and the positive reviews are unreliable and misleading. We strongly advise everyone not to book here and to stay far away from this unreliable and lying landlord.
