keys were in a locked storage box. host provided pin to open. straight forward. easy. clean bed/room.

hot water not guaranteed unless you run the tap at the same time. host was however quite quick to reply to assist on that. no bin in room. noisy kitchen on ground floor that seems to run till quite late. poor communication from host with regards to supplying invoices. i have been asking for an invoice breakdown to show price per night since 11 december, they kept telling me they would send me it, it is now 24 january and they have started ignoring my messages. very frustrating as this is preventing me from claiming the money back i paid for this hotel/apartment from my employer. i will have to escalate to booking.com on this matter. disappointed and frustrated as this was a very simple request.

il messaggio con i codici non era arrivato. è arrivato solo dopo che abbiamo chiamato. Le stanze erano al 3° piano senza ascensore con una scala ripida. Questo fatto andrebbe chiarito nella presentazione dell'hotel infatti uno di noi ha dovuto cambiare albergo a causa di queste scale.

La posizione e la facilità di entrare in possesso delle chiavi. Comunicazione con l'host sempre tempestiva, riscaldamento della camera efficiente.

Ho già alloggiato qui, ed era andato tutto bene. Questa volta ho avuto l'alloggio n. 7. Ho fatto la spesa da mettere in frigorifero ma questo era rotto e quindi ho buttato sia il latte sia lo yogurt. Un mattina è saltata l'energia elettrica in tutta la struttura e quindi, essendo dovuto uscire presto la mattina, non ho potuto fare nemmeno la doccia. Abbiamo sollecitato l'host che è dovuto venire in loco per riattivare il sistema elettrico. E poi la cosa più fastidiosa: il bagno. Consiglio l'host di rivederlo: emanava una puzza insopportabile, ci voleva la maschera a gas per entrarci dentro. E tu, caro host, questo lo sai perfettamente, provvedi a risolvere il problema. La gente paga e pretende di alloggiare in una situazione normale. Ecco, il bagno è stata la cosa più insopportabile. Chi fa le pulizie nella struttura conosce sicuramente la situazione di quel bagno. Riparatelo, fate qualcosa.

Слишком шумно, между дверями и стенами 1см щели, я слышала как соседи моют посуду, как разговаривают, как звенит будильник - все слышно. Как будто в хотела живёшь а не элитное жилье за 1500 евро за неделю.
