The staff took my room key but didn't give it to me. I already had a reservation and paid the security deposit, but it wasn't valid. They treated me with racism and in a very rude manner. I immediately contacted management, but it was no use. They informed me that the reservation had been canceled on their end. I contacted you to confirm whether the reservation was indeed canceled or not, and I spoke with you via chat. You told me you were waiting for a response from the hotel, and I am still waiting for my money and security deposit to be refunded.

Tbh the stuff is very unhelpful the room was very dirty and unsafe , window lock was broken.

Nice location, friendly staff

The door to my room was very hard to open and I had to go to the lobby to ask for help once. The card unlocks the door but it’s very tricky to open it. The sheets and pillow covers were all stained showing that they hadn’t been replaced in a very long time (just washed). The cleanliness of this place questions the standards of Swiss-Belexpress but I realized this is the express version. Overall the hotel can be improved and not worth the amount I paid for a Swissbelhotel. Not recommended for families

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The glass wall at the shower only covers half of it so water splashes out resulting wet floor.

とてもきれいに清掃されていました。 部屋も外からの音はかなり少なく静かに眠れました。 シャワーの水圧、水温ばっちりです！ 朝食付きでしたがバイキング形式で朝6時からやっているのがありがたいです。味はまあまあです。 周りには多くはないですが、困らないくらいの数の飲食店があります。

鉄道の駅からは少し離れているのでバスかタクシーになるので移動には渋滞の影響を受けることが多くなります。 (鉄道の最寄駅は1.5kmくらいなのでgrabでつなぐなり、歩いていくこともできます。) 部屋の窓がセキュリティ上、開けられないのが残念。少しでも開くと良かったですが。
