Beds were comfortable. Location was ok.

Location was ok if you need stadium or airport Beds were comfortable but very hairy. Bathroom is pissy/ stink. 2 rags only and the house is a 3 bedroom. Towels were stink and very faded. Toilet seat is old and unpleasant to the eyes. Hair in the shower all over floor. Kitchen had 1 fork. 2 butter knives. No spoons. No serving utensils. Refrigerator had left back rice and other particles. Dirty mop in the closet and no broom. No rags or sponges in the kitchen. The kitchen was not welcoming for us to cook if we needed to. We called the owner to let him know about the stink bathroom and he told us he knows the cleaner was there. I said yes she obviously cleaned but not 1 attention to detail. Bathroom was so stink I spent $25 on cleaning supplies and rags to bathe with along with laundry detergent because I could not dare lay on those sheets and nasty pillow. As I was serving food in the kitchen the water came back up through the kitchen sink from the laundry as if there is a plumbing issue. That was very stink, brown water and very unexpected. I was so disgusted. Over all i was geeked out about the place. Also in kitchen the light bulb is full of those caterpillar looking things. Didn't even want to poop there. That's how disgusted i was. Just saying. Horrible experience. The owner was very defensive when i called with my concerns. Told me he would send someone the next day but no one never came for that urine smell. I cleaned myself that night. I definitely expected better. The Cleaner has to clean all sheets and comforters every time and pay attention to details. The owner shouldn't be defensive when a customer calls with concerns. Lastly ceiling fans were disgusting.

Wireless poor No soap no coffee pot 1 spoon two forks basic things a cheep hotel has this place did not have no ironing board. Sign on door said enjoy welcome bag ??? Wasn't there. We had to reset the modem just to watch tv water faucet outside is a tripping hazard. Front door could use a handrail. Called him no answer. No broom very disappointing

The washer and dryer worked great!

The bathroom did not have any hot water!!! The property manager was not reachable or responsive! The kitchen sink leaks water everywhere. There were hardly any bath towels so I had to go out and purchase some from the Dollar Tree. The remote was missing from one of the bedrooms, the internet service was not that great. I will be seeking a full refund. The bath tub had mold all around the grout and did not look clean. Again, no hot water in the bathroom.

Roaches, broken bed, the floor on one of the rooms sinks in , outlet completely out the wall exposing electrical wires and nails sticking out the kitchen floor which caused my son to get stabbed

I liked that the home is Located in a great location it is very close to a lot of stores and freeways. There will also a lot of food options to choose from. It was about a 15 minute drive to downtown and that was awesome! The home was cozy and clean, and the AC works perfect!

I did not like that The home had a few Roaches that we saw. I don’t think the home was infested, but in my opinion, seeing one roach was enough. I Would recommend maybe getting the home exterminated. The Bathroom Is extremely small, but it gets the job done, The water pressure in the shower was not very good, but the water gets hot. We could not find any clean washcloths so we did have to go and buy some, just to take showers. In order to get access to the home, we were emailed a code that was incorrect. I reached out to the host who originally did not answer the phone, but he called right back within five minutes and gave me the correct code.

Close to stores to obtain any needed items and cruise port.

Lack of supplies, such as dishtowels, utensils and no coffee pot. Poor water pressure and lack of hot water in the shower. We arrived about 45 minutes early to find housekeeping had not occurred, and was asked by the owner "to vacant the premises" to allow cleaning. When we returned a little after 4, the sheets were not changed from previous occupant and floors not swept. I didn't realize how close to the airport the property was and the neighbors played music late in the night.
