Clean

In private pool water was cold , I can not stay in private pool. The room do not have a balcony or terrace, is a terrace for entire building.

The staff at the reception desk were the best ladies. The biggest thank you to Noemi & Aisia for helping me with a great itinerary, helping me with setting up transportation with taxis, trains, and buses. Being a female solo traveler it can be a bit intimidating sometimes but these ladies really made my experience at this hotel the absolute BEST. The room was BEAUTIFUL and absolutely fantastic. Location is PERFECT. I highly recommend this place. I will be back!!!!!
