Very good communication with the host. Location just across Zanzibar beach with a direct view of the sea/pool from the balcony. Accommodation is very good for 2 adults but also for 2 adults and a child because it has an extendable couch. Nice perks like 2 bottles of water and coffee capsules. The place was clean and equipped with almost everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Because of other people bringing sand into the shower, taking a shower takes too much time as the water drains too slow and you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom. This can be easily fixed i think but we were not so bothered by that.
