ZAZAZAStaff & Security did their jobs well enough to make it feel somewhat better that I am staying in a place I felt was complete false advertising.
I could mention a few reasons but I will be rather short but I hope the "OWNERS" of this accommodation take note. The staff and cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. I received assistance I needed where I asked. HOWEVER the accommodation itself I felt was complete false advertising. The place is absolutely NOT maintained, I stayed at chalet 8 which in the image looks like it is free standing with other house but I surrounded by campers and caravans. The pool was black and the water look unsafe to swim in. The place lacked maintenance and actual clear direction of what is going on in the property. I paid R1350 for what I see on the above images but I got a place worth R500. It is completely unfair to blind-side customers like this. Thanks.
