City Comfort Apartments

Localization is just perfect, host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean with spacious bedroom and bathroom. Everything, that could be useful in the kitchen and bathroom, was provided. Blinders in all windows. Highly recommended accomodation and host.

Тhe flat is newly renovated, very clean, location is perfect!

The bedrooms are on the top floor with just a small window each and aircondioning. The airconditioners are directly above the beds which is not very convenient when sleeping while it can get super hot if you do not put it on.

I like everything! Location was great, sea visible from the windows, close to main street, shops, restaurants. It was a good choice!

We had a great stay, excellent location, very close to the old town, and easy walk to beaches, restaurants, cafes etc. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and a good size. The airconditioning was needed and worked well.

Only a couple of small improvements - some condiments like salt, pepper and oil would be very helpful, and the wifi wasn't great the whole stay. Otherwise great.

Due to the apartment being located opposite the bus station, sometimes in the evening it was noisy. Otherwise great shower, facilities.

Accommodation is conveniently located near the town center with decent parking options. It has recently been renovated on a budget.

Customer service was not as user-friendly as expected from this level of accommodation. All communication goes through Whatsapp and we were expected to pay for the tourist tax even before reaching the accommodation which is very unusual. The host agency representative told us over the phone that they will not provide us with the codes for key locks until we manually type in all the required information for all 6 guests plus pay for all the tourist taxes. After some back and forth we managed to get away from the street and enter the accommodation before wasting 15 minutes typing in all the data and paying for the tax. The entrance to the second-floor apartments is through a very steep and narrow staircase not really suitable for travelers with small children, strollers, bigger luggage, or reduced mobility. In both apartments, there was no toilet paper and the cleaning supplies were left in the bathrooms... even though they charge 50EUR cleaning fee per apartment. One bedroom apartment is right above a very noisy bus station with constant traffic from busses, passing cars and passengers. The 2-bedroom apartment has bedrooms on the upper floor, under the roof with rooftop windows without bloc-out sun shades. The existing semi-transparent shades don't really block the morning sun. There is no general information regarding the accommodation or the town and only after contacting the host agency did we receive the WIFI codes.

Terrible bedding and towels. Disposable sheets that disintegrated over the week. Opp a bus station and the buses kept their engines on so could not open windows

The central location, the air conditioning (which was icy) and the layout of the property.

Blackout blinds on the velux windows in the two bedrooms would have been a good idea (it’s not too late!!)
