C'est un excellent retour ! C'est le genre d'établissement qui marque l'esprit. L'alliance entre la beauté historique (le terrazzo, les fresques au plafond d'un ancien palais) et l'accueil (tout le monde est très gentil) fait souvent la différence. L'atout majeur que vous mentionnez, le parking en sous-sol protégé juste en dessous, est un vrai luxe, surtout en ville. Si vous souhaitez partager cette expérience, vous pourriez la formuler ainsi (par exemple, pour un avis en ligne) : Proposition d'avis « J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Ancien palais, il est absolument magnifique : le terrazzo y est omniprésent et les fresques au plafond apportent un cachet historique exceptionnel. Tout le personnel était très gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner était également très bien fourni et de qualité. Le vrai plus pour moi a été le parking en sous-sol sécurisé juste en dessous de l'hôtel, un confort très appréciable. Une très belle adresse à recommander !

Attention, l'accès aux chambres se fait uniquement par un escalier. Je n'ai pas vu d'ascenseur, ce qui est à prendre en compte si vous avez des difficultés de mobilité ou des bagages lourds.

This place is in all regards exceptional and a stay here should not be missed when you are in the region. Raphaela is a true host who makes you feel like coming home. Starting with caring about the arrival, remembering and catering to for special needs, and organizing touristic arrangements. By the way, the breakfast buffet filled with local delicacies gives a wonderful start to the day, not to forget Barbara‘s selection of homemade cakes that reminded me of my childhood :)

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce magnifique palazzo. Le sol, les fresques et les plafonds peints sont sublimes et nous transportent dans un autre temps. Il y a aussi des oeuvres d'art locales modernes très belles. Notre chambre était très grande, confortable avec l'air conditionné et une douche top. Délicieux petit-déjeuner avec des produits locaux. Le palazzo est idéalement situé à Gavi. Merci encore à notre hôte Raffaella, qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, d'attentions, de chaleur et de bonnes recommandations de restaurants! Nous aurions aimé resté plus longtemps :)

Le lieu, l’architecture et l accueil

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in the region. The old palazzo has been beautifully restored, blending historic charm with modern comfort, and every detail reflects the owners’ passion and impeccable eye for design. The warm and welcoming hosts make you feel at home, and it’s easy to see why so many guests return year after year.

It’s honestly hard to come up with anything negative. Perhaps during this extremely hot season it would have been nice to find large bottles of water in the rooms, and I also noticed a lack of towel racks for drying. Since guests are encouraged to reuse towels—or pay a small extra fee otherwise—this little addition would make the stay even more comfortable.

Eine sehr schöne und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Der Palazzo Sertorio ist beeindruckend und historisch interessant. Immerhin hat hier Napoleon schon geweilt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Raphaela, die Gastgeberin, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste. Ein hervorragendes Frühstück mit hausgemachten Gerichten machte den Aufenthalt perfekt. Absolut zu empfehlen, es ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Und auch Gavi ist ein hübscher kleiner Ort mit tollen Restaurants.
