ZAZAZAIt’s clean and the check in time is not too strict
Nothing everything was fine
ZAZAZAZANothing about the hospitality, the location shared to us sent us to the wrong location (behind the building) and the host was not on call at the time to assist with the exact location(Poor response time from a host that is expecting guests), no welcome message informing us how to go about inspite having booked months ahead. The service was just poor.
1. No welcome to orientate guests about the property. 2. Broken door handles that kept on having us locked in the bathroom (When we reported the issue the owner promised to fix the doors the next day which never happened). The handyman was send 2 days later meaning we had to pause our holiday to let him fix the doors because he had no key. 3. The bathroom was smelly as a result the entire apartment had an offensive smell. 4. No adequate utensils in the kitchen (for instance there's only 2 table spoons and 2 tea spoons for the entire family). 5. Wi-Fi is bad as a result the TV does not work. 6. No Air Con in the main bedroom. 7. No toilet paper refills were provided.
ZAThe welcoming staff was not professional. The room was not ready at 15h00 and no appropriate courtesy was expressed for the lateness. The towels need to be replaced. The pillows need to be upgraded.
ZAIt was very clean and really convenient hence gateway mall is quiet close. There was no noise and we managed to rest properly. Also check In time is not strict so you don't have to worry about checking in while you're still very occupied.
Including Netflix and other apps to watch on the TV would really be convenient and encourage people to definitely always just want to book there. It would definitely give it a homey feel away from home.
