Good location with stunning views

Good view, nice room and friendly hosts

A great b&b overlooking the river - both my bed and my breakfast came with a knockout view. I was in Looe for just one night but love to return for longer. The owners are really helpful and friendly, everything from arrival instructions to local dinner recommendations…plus breakfast is delicious.

Breakfast was superb! The view was beautiful. Hosts attentive. Attention to detail, nice selection of tea etc in room.

Guests do need to be aware that it is a steep climb to the property.

The owners were very friendly and helpful and catered for me being gluten free.

We were offered a complementary cold beer on arrival which was very welcome after a long day on the coast path. Our hosts also kindly packed up breakfast (two hard-boiled eggs, toast and marmalade, two pieces of fruit each) for us so we could make an early start. Much appreciated.

It would have been nice if there had been a bath in the en suite. However the shower worked well so it was fine.

Location is brilliant, opens spectacular views. Our host took good care of us - gave recommendations of places to see or where to eat. Amazing breakfast too. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend :)
