Very steep walk up to the property.

The only drawback is the steep hill to the property as the road is too narrow for cars

Had an amazing stay , staff were so friendly and welcoming and the complimentary drink on the patio was welcomed after the slight hill walk with suitcases on a sunny day. The whole guest house and bedrooms are immaculately clean and the breakfast was such good quality ! Will be booking again when next visit Looe

Lovey breakfast cooked fresh, had the option on how my eggs were cooked, obviously scrambled is best. My Partner had a veggie breakfast which was very well received

Nothing at all, I’d say the location is on the steep side but the view is worth it

The property overlooks the harbour of Looe which look beautiful on a sunny day! The breakfast was amazing here, a good selection of options but not too much to be overwhelmed. Meat, veggie and vegan.

I didn't like how there where 3 huge spiders in room 2. The back of the bed below the headboard was filthy with dust and I even saw bugs flying out from there! I didn't sleep well the first night, I bought it to there attention and they did there best to fix the problem. I slept better on my fina night.
