Rodrigues Residency Goa

The property owner provided with all the facilities of a studio apartment at a very reasonable cost. We were able to have our breakfast on our own due to appliances like induction, oven, kettle and available utensils. I highly recommend this facility if you love a quiet place and are not much bothered about the ease of finding transport. Since the property is a bit in interior, you better come on your own vehicle or have a rental bike/car with you. If yes, then this will surely be an excellent selection.

Found it hard to book taxi/cab to go to nearby beaches/places.

The property, the rooms, owner and caretaker were all just excellent First to talk about property it was very clean, beautiful and well equipped with almost everything one may need Secondly the owner and caretaker maam and sir were all very compassionate and helpful. They even arranged their personal vehicle for us when we couldn't find any around and tried to help us in literally everything.

Not all but atleast few people around the whole area where the property was situated were much rude but the property owners were exact opposite (gem of the people) ✨

Spacious room, excellent shower, Internet TV, fridge, kettle, cooking facilities, microwave, Aircon, and ceiling fans. 3 bottles of filtered water (can be topped up on the terrace) There's a good-sized supermarket ,Take Away, Large Chemist, and Banks, all within 100 meters. There  are washing  and drying facilities  on the terrace. The owner, Nelly, is a lovely  host and very kind and extremely helpful and will do her very best to accommodate your needs. I was able to stay in my room on the day of departure  until 16.00 hours. Very good value for money.

For me, the bed was hard and, a little noisy from traffic early evening and the nearby railway line.  The Residency is at least a 2 mile walk to the beach. (There is a local bus every 30/45 minutes that can take you fairly close for 10 rupees. Best consider motor scooter hire for your time there. The Internet  in the evening I stayed was poor (less than 1mbp but improved  to 15mbp in the morning). This may have been a one off as I only stayed 1 night.

We've been here twice, and in both occasions the rooms were very large, spotless clean and well equipped. The host and staff were very kind and welcoming. Excellent value for money

Everything - the cleanliness, the room size, the location and the best part was the hospitality of Nelly Aunty and Uncle! We read the reviews and were skeptical - are these "real reviews" and we realized how lucky we were when we landed there. They have provided everything once can think of for a comfortable stay. In fact, we got more than we expected - for instance Aunty gave us tips on when and where to go to ensure proper utilization of time. Moreover, she went out of the way to get me a Tie (yes you read it right - a Tie, as we were suppose to attend a wedding :)) On the day we were suppose to leave, she came early in the morning with home made tea - who does that these days - it was simply a memorable stay at Rodrigues Residency! The place is near to Fedora's cafe where we enjoyed the food and not to mention our

Hope we had stayed for few more days :)

Everything. Even the owner's son helped in dropping us off to the next stop due to overall less availability of taxis

One minor thing I have a doubt is that the rooms might have the same brands of TV so our TV was operating itself without input from us, possibly due to interference from the other room.
