Loved the friendly staff, the fact that that went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. For my parents they were nice enough to give a room on the ground floor

I guess I wasn't expecting the property to be as old as it was, but beyond that they really made up for it thru their service and amazing Kaiseki food

"Very old fashioned japanese house style hotel, with its old timer charm."

old fashioned tatami room with futon bedding. Outside hot spring small house is unique.

No shower facility in tatami room.

직원 분들이 상당히 친절 하였습니다. 온천도 깔끔하고 사람도 많지 않아서 마주칠 일이 없었습니다 음식 또한 너무 맛있었습니다.

시설이 노후 되었고 온천은 혼탕 추가 결제 하였는데.. 가격대비 만족도가 높지 않았습니다

"Overall is good except the private onsen experience"

Service is excellent

It was disappointing that the private onsen we paid extra for turned out to be in an indoor enclosed room instead of an outdoor one. The experience is suffocating and unpleasant.

Замечательное место.У нас была комната с выходом во внутренний сад.Красные клены,золотые рыбки в маленьком пруду - разве можно мечтать о большем...Замечательный персонал.Ужин на высочайшем уровне. Онсен заказывали только для нас. Это было в 2-х минутах езды на автомобиле.Нас доставили и забрали .Cамые лучшие наши рекомендации!
