Nice Apartment, great location between Catania and Syracusa. A nice beach can be reached with a 5min drive into direction Catania. Very nice terrasse and balcony. Very quiet location (we have been there just before the start of high season). Two minutes walk for the perfect Etna view down the little street to the left) Apartment well maintained and clean. Enough space for two or maybe even with kids. Very helpful host. Some food and coffee, milk provided to get you started - really good.

Some comfortable chairs on the terrasse could make it even nicer, but the provided chairs are OK as well. No complaints.

Deborah is a wonderful person! She helped us a lot! The apartment is great in quiet and calm location with beautiful surroundings. It's very close to Agnone Beach by car (you can travel also by "Scionti Bus"). If you are creative, you'll find a hidden path to the Spiaggia La Punta 😉 The apartment has everything that you need to prepare food on your own. It also has AC, a washing machine, and a freezer. We wish we'd come back to this apartment! 🫶🧡

The location is good, the beaches with sand are a little bit away to go on foot but it is still not a problem to reach by car. Having visited by car I used it to travel in the area to the cities of Augusta, Syracuse, and Catania, but also farther. The resort after the maintenance will look awesome, with lots of trees, flowers, and grass. Most have shared pools to use and the accommodations are very nice.

My visit was off-season so people started to clean the grass and the trees in the resort and do some needed construction work. The near beach is rocky without sand, good for sun baiting but I'm not sure about the swimming.
