owners very pleasant & helpful, good shower, good heating. nice to have fridge & microwave,

room rather small - ok for one person, but would be very restricting for 2 people. rather expensive for one person. description 'Little House' misleading because only one room. Photo on initial page shows front door of owners house - not accomodation being offered.

"Lovely home from home atmosphere"

Everything we needed was in the little house . Close to the beach and all amenities. Hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble . We would definitely stay there again. Charlie and Lorraine

"Perfect little self contained apartment with individual access in a great location to explore Felixstowe."

Self contained little apartment with everything you could need for a really comfortable stay. Fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster (bread) all tea coffee, cornflakes, milk all available! Oh crisps and chocolate bars! The shower is lovely and full sky tv package is a bonus. Owners are very friendly and on hand if you need anything but they don’t interfere with your privacy.

A few cobwebs and needs a new duvet cover it was clean (could tell from smelling nice) but had a few marks on it.
