Flåmsbrygga Apartments

The apartment is vastly overpriced for the level of service and comfort provided. The sofa bed used as the third bed was extremely hard, had a noticeable bump in the middle, and was very uncomfortable to sleep on . The value for money is extremely poor, and the stay was far from comfortable. I would definitely not consider staying hereagain . I also cannot say that the staff were particularly friendly or welcoming. Their attitude felt rather indifferent, which further detracted from the overall experience.

This was an EXTREMELY over priced accommodation. The small town of Flam is beautiful

BOOKING.COM CHARGED ME TOO MUCH, MORE THAN $1000/NIGHT, FOR THIS BASIC ROOM WITH NO ELEVATOR TO CLIME UP 12 STEPS, NO TV, NO OTHER AMENITIES EXCEPT A BED AND TWO SMALL CHAIRS. OTHERS IN OUR GROUP , IN SAME LOCATION, WITH 2 BED ROOMS APARTMENT PAID ONE-THIRD OF WHAT WE PAID. PLEASE ISSUE REFUND OF $500, OTHERWISE NO FUTURE BUSINESS VIA BOOKING.COM

The apartment is 2 mins away from the Flam station and just beside the harbour so very convenient in location. The restaurant food was very delicious especially the dinner. Room is neat and clean, with all we need. So glad we can make nice coffee by filtering. The small balcony gives us chill time after a day’s sightseeing and the next morning.

The apartment is not very easy to find by itself as it’s not in the hotel area, we walk around the buildings for a while to figure it out. The bed is a bit too soft. Apartment is one the first floor so if you carry luggage there’s no lift.

Check out at 10am when the fjord line leaves at 12 which was a bit annoying with our luggage. The hotel offered to hold it but it’s in another location. Directions to the apartment building we not great and although it says you can check in early you can’t. When I mean early, I mean 5 min early.
