Somewhat impersonal not having a reception and both staff at the tourist information desk and downstairs tourist store were not very helpful or friendly.

The space, the cleanliness, the location and the deck.

The pull out sofa needs a new mattress. When the wind blows the fan in the kitchen bangs. Made for a long night.

Not an apartment. Just a room. No place to put travel bags. Only one luggage rack. Very small table. Hard to find it. Not well explained

Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the balconies. Very convenient location.

Could have received better instructions on how to locate the door to the apartment. Busy location, so it could be a little loud, but the noise didn’t bother us.
