"Spatious place, low price perfromance ratio."

The rooms are spacious and have potential, but the furniture is worn out and could be replaced at little cost.

The only entrance is through the terrace, which is inconvenient as all tenants on the upper floors have to walk across it. The refrigerator leaks water, the bathroom is worn, except for the new toilet, which was great. There is some noise in the bedrooms, which are facing the main road.

Close to the center of town, so convenient for shopping and going out in the evening. The owner was nice and helped with additional pots, plates and pillows (which were initially not there for 5 people).

Far from the surfing spots, overlooking a parking lot with strong lights through the night, loud road in the back. The apartment was not furnished for 5 people staying more than a few nights.
