The privacy

The size of the room the staff wanting to be paid in cash and also with unreasonable exchange rate. Parking was limited, and breakfast was only available at 8.30 no other time.

-Nice appartment, well decorated and spacious, with fast internet, big TV and all facilities. -Kitchenette and all accessories to cook a nice meal. -Cosy pool. -Great hosts. -Thanks for early checkin and late checkout!

-Quite far from the city (but with current MOV app, should be manageabe). -Basic breakfast that is being brought in the room at 0800-0830 only; perhaps do invest in a buffet-type breakfast so guests have more choice and can take breakfast at a time that is convenient? -Small bathroom-please provide a shower curtain as everything is wet after a shower.

The staff member were very nice and helpful and I couldnt ask for more form them.

The owner should provide a fan or AC in every bedroom, they should also provide Water Dispenser for the duration of guest stay, this is a basic necessity that should be provided. Mosquito bites caused by the rainy season.

Nothing

The apartment owner texts me a day to our travelling day to tell me that the apartment I had booked and had been confirmed is not available on the date I had booked. He then goes ahead to tell me about his friend's apartment that had a vacant room and how he can connect me to them. This was very inconvenient especially when I told him to cancel so that I could book another hotel and he just left me on read. I found them awfully unprofessional.

The place is a home away from home..the manager was very helpful and always available...it's beyond hotel standard..
