Excelente localização, perto de farmácias, mercados e pastelarias, como são chamadas as padarias em Portugal, podem ser feitas apé sem necessidade de um carro, próximo ao centro de Lisboa, e Sintra lugares onde passam por vários pontos turísticos, no caso precisaria ir de carro, mas viável optar por chamar o 'Bolt' um app de transporte como o Uber que também ha disponibilidade no local, custo que cabem no bolso, assim aproveitam mais o tempo, ainda mais no época de férias junho, muito difícil arrumar vagas no local por perto.
