staff and owner are not supporting, not good approach and behaviour. Bad smell of hotel and blankets, even they have asked for the water. Bad and dirty location, very bad smell area.

Location

Spacious room. Hot water available 24 Hours. The owner himself stayed there and was always ready to help. They provided us breakfast as we requested. Location is very good. Mall road is just a 5min walk away. The view from the terrace cum balcony is very nice.

Warm welcome by the host Mr.Ramesh Chetry..the greenery around the place..the breakfast which they served..near to mal road..the home cooked lunch& dinner at reasonable rates..a true sample of hospitality

1. Location: The location is convenient, and a short climb and walk of 5 to 10 mins from thr Mall and thr major pubs, cafes, shops, and restaurants. 2. Cleanliness: Very clean and cozy room, particularly the bathroom. Clean sheets. No dirt or smell etc. 3. Service: Its a small, family-run establishment. They look after you very well. Very polite, punctual and efficient service. They never say No, and always have a smile on their faces. Very cooperative, especially with receiving from the taxi drop-off point and arranging a porter etc. They treat you like family. 4. Breakfast: Simple but tasty breakfast. They will try to make what you request. I had puri sabji one day, and eggs and sandwiches another day.

Small suggestion: The approach can be made a little nicer.

The host and his family is very courteous and generous❤️. I and my husband loved the stay. They comforted us with everything possible. I felt a good positive vibe while staying there. They helped us with everything we needed even they suggested us with a good doctor as I fell ill because of the journey. The breakfast was great👍
