Location was good. The hotel was clean, the stay was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

The price was high and not value for money. Room service staff were good, but the food was cold and served in household-style serving items.

Firstly, the staff was absolutely awesome, so accommodating and helpful and service was always with a smile from reception, housekeeping, dinning to the doormen. Exec room was spacious, comfy and clean always. Location was very central and just overall experience was excellent. Thank you Walid and team for all your assistance and making it a lovely stay for us.
