Great value for money Decent rooms with air con Nice bathroom Excellent breakfast Staff could not do enough for you - including Walid Khan, Zain Asad etc..

Location is really good and dinning area staff is really good and always help to help.

Room are small and very dated considering Main reception and dining area is upgraded and modren. It desperately need upgraded all the bedroom.

I have stayed at Envoy Continental twice now, and although it may not officially be a five-star hotel, the service is truly five-star plus. The staff are exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and generous with complimentary hot and cold drinks throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. From the bellboys to the reception team and breakfast staff, everyone went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were looked after. I would especially like to thank both of the bellboys named Mr. Qadir — from both the day and night shifts — for their excellent service and professionalism. The reception staff were also extremely helpful in arranging a rental car for me and ensuring that everything went smoothly during our stay. Because of the outstanding customer service at Envoy Continental, I even cancelled my booking at Mövenpick Hotel to return here instead. I highly recommend this hotel to overseas Pakistanis, foreigners, families, and anyone visiting Islamabad. This was my second stay, and I will definitely stay here again in the future. The staff is very polite specially Mr. Waleed at the reception. The room service is great and on time. Ambiance is good and rooms are properly maintained. I always enjoy my stay here
