Palpatio Hotel Boutique

This is a beautiful little hotel, exquisitely designed, and located a short walk from the historic center. The staff were welcoming and particularly gracious and helpful at all times.

The taxi had a difficult time finding the number. Signage outside could be a little more obvious.

Some updates would be nice

It was all freshly decorated and spacious

The area at night you have to be weary.You are warned by staff to be careful which is great but you have to be street wise

Staff excellent, amiable and friendly. The breakfasts were very good.

We booked an extra night, paid for at check-in but got a phone call on the last afternoon saying we had to pay for the last night. Disconcerting. Sorted out upon our return, with apology. Jazz music at too loud a volume for breakfast service.

I love the hotel, the decorations

The location was perfect. The historic center was just a 6 minute walk. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Just wish there was more mirrors in my room To get ready.

Nice clean hotel. The location is excellent in that it is a short walk to the cathedral and many attractions. There is a nice courtyard in which one can relax. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the immediate surrounding area is pretty run down. The restaurant closes early.

Cozy, clean, excellent location, comfortable beds and pillows.

Staff in the cafeteria could be more diligent in the way they provide customer service.
