Lovely farmhouse on a working farm, with a farm tour given and respectful hosts. Plenty of hot water and lots of room to sleep/play/whatever. While occasionally we did smell manure when outside (it is a working farm, after all), we never smelled it when inside the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Very Clean! Great location!

The house was exceptionally clean. Tons of space. Large bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and a living room up and downstairs. Was perfect for the purpose of our stay

It was a beautiful country setting!

If you are not used to being raised on a farm the smell from the cows might get to you. I would put better locks on the doors just to assure guests safety.

The location was great. Walking in to a basket of local baked goods was a very nice treat.

Putting the farm dogs in a little earlier at night. They were barking, when we were trying to get to sleep.

The location was great for our event at Spooky Nook Arena and the house was a perfect size for our group. There were several restaurants available within an easy drive as well. Excellent pizza shop right around the corner.

The house was a little chilly in the evenings and night. There were thermostats in the bathroom, but it didn't seem to effect the larger radiators around the house.

Everything, the location was great, the property was immaculate, and we had so much space for all of us. Our innkeeper Marge was a doll who gave great recommendations. If you love the outdoors, it's a great location.
