The room is very big and romantic

Very central location

On the first night after 10pm, staff knocked at the door and came in to hang a painting over a window between my room and another room where apparently a child couldn’t sleep because of the lights being on in my room. On the next day, the room wasn’t cleaned when I came back from sightseeing in the late afternoon. When I notified staff about this, the lady who had checked me in and whose main job is that of waitress reacted annoyed and said the cleaning lady didn’t come and I was the only guest. Upon my answer that this shouldn’t be my concern she reluctantly offered to do the cleaning herself. I then complained with Booking, after which I got an apology and a room upgrade.

I would like to thank you for lovely stay in heart of old city Sibiu. Hotel has perfect location. Room was very comfortable, cozy and clean. I would like to special thanks to Mr. Alexandru and Mr. Rezvan for their effort and high class service. They made my stay so perfect. Also there is Sia restaurant under the hotel and you must take some supper there just perfect. I Highly recommend this hotel who will go this lovely city. Thank you

Prime location: right in the 'Piata Mica' of Sibiu. Nice and safe. Historical building newly renovated with high ceilings in the heart of the city. Large suite tastefully decorated with balcony (however, no view). The room is very spacious and divided into 2 separate areas. Comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were helpful and professional. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The lights were too bright/ no night lamps. Squicky floors.

No parking and no shower, just a tub.

Huge room right on the square so next to all the bars and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.
