Very friendly staff who assisted in all aspects of our stay. Room was very clean and tidy, and the restaurant food was good be it buffet style. Reasonably quiet location and within 10 mins of the nature reserve gate

The rooms were very nice, lovely bathrooms & comfortable bed. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked great! Everything was very clean.

We had an early safari and were told breakfast would wait until after, which it did, but the restaurant staff didn’t seem happy about it and kept hurrying us along.

Unfortunately quite a few things disappointed us: Noisy evenings with late loud music (we had to wake up at 5 for the safari the next day) The hotel water tank were being filled up on top of our room for 30 minutes from 10 to 10:30pm.. the strong toilet sewage smell In all room :( The way overpriced food.
