Location was superab and the hotel staff was more than friendly and we enjoyed our trip the most with their support and hospitality. Having old people in our family, their support was quite an advantage during our stay

We had to shift rooms due to a/c malfunctioning. TV remotes and set top boxes were difficult to operate. Else food and staff response was promot

Location was okay

No window in room. Room was very dirty & shabby. Reception was tatty. I was attacked by monkeys on the roof terrace while collecting my laundry . Monkey crap all on the stairs inside. Empty bottles laying around in corridors.

Staff specifically sri o p srivastab/manager /caretaker is a very good human being, approachable and helpful. Location is good though because of the area being a no entry zone we had to face some inconvenience.

Rooms are very small and does not at all match with the images of rooms shown by booking. Com - this is misleading and should be avoided.
