Peerless Hotel Durgapur

The stay in the hotel was very nice. Some staff like Moushumi, Chef Gopal, Ranadeep etc were very good in his /her services. Breakfast was also very tasty and delicious. Iwould recommend anyone coming here to stay at this hotel. They catered services beyond our expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property with my uncle, a board member of Citibank USA. As a regular guest over the years, I've witnessed the highs and lows of this establishment. However, our latest visit left us with a renewed sense of optimism. The "grand old lady of Durgapur" seems to have regained her former glory! We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay, and I'd like to commend the team for their efforts. Keep up the excellent work!

Excellent stay in Hotel, one of the best in Durgapur, holds its uniqueness in terms of Area and Service. 1. Location: The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the business district, with easy access to meeting venues, airports, and public transportation. It was incredibly convenient for my daily schedule. 2. Check-In & Service: The check-in process was seamless and quick. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. They even helped with transportation arrangements for my meetings. 3. Room Comfort & Workspace: The room was spacious, clean, and designed with business travelers in mind. The desk provided ample space to work comfortably, and the ergonomic chair helped me stay productive. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is always a must when working remotely.

It was a good business tour stay. Felt homely.

Too much overcrowded at Reception during peak hours for check out guests.
