Grajski kamen apartment

The apartment itself was very good. Although the building is visibly not in the best shape, the apartment was nicely furnished, spacious and has everything you need. The toilet is separated from the apartment, across the hallway, however the shower is inside the room so it didn't bother us that much. The location is perfect, close to the bus/train station and only about 10min walk to the city centre and Europark. Communication with the host was excellent. We recieved detailed self check-in instructions so it all went smoothly but...

Upon entering the apartment we were hit by a strong smell from pile of dirty dishes that had been left in the sink. The apartment was generally clean but obviously had not been tidied nor prepared at all between guests which was a huge minus considering that we had late check-in between 22:00-23:00 so there was plenty of time to at least make the bed, wash the dishes and collect tax left by a previous guests.

Mooi ruim appartement. Parkeren bij het appartement was makkelijk.

De douche was in het appartement, maar een aparte badkamer met het toilet was buiten het appartement aan de overkant van de gang/galerij..

L espace de l appartement malgré un petit prix. La literie était bonne.

Les toilettes hors de l appartement, très peu pratique pour faire à manger, pas une goutte d huile, pas un torchon, passoire ou autre petit détail. Pas de micro onde. Un appartement en mode hôtel. Pas de volet, réveil 5h40 du coup...

Od uplate, domaćin nas je obavještavao o objektu, načinubdolaska , lokaciji i nudio pomoć ukoliko zatreba. Apartman je veoma prostran, i ima lijepo pogled na voćnjak i vrt.

Problem sa internetom. Wc Šolja je odvojena od apartmana i nalazi se preko zajedničkog prolaza širine 1 metar.

Dobrá lokalita, klid, skvěle popsané, kde co najdeme a kde parkovat

Záchod přes pavlač, sice soukromý, ale při chladnějších nocích/počasí je to nepříjemné
