Urednost, čistoća i dizajn stana.

To što je toalet u potpunosti odvojen od ostatka stana i tijekom noći se na toalet mora proći kroz hladan hodnik (noćna temperatura je bila oko 0 stupnjeva). Također, klima unutar stana nije dovoljno grijala, a bila je na maksimumu.
