Lovely stay! Cozy rooms with great beds and extra pillows. The interior design is modern and fresh with a tad of nostalgic kampung vibes.

Lovely home, but the check-in/out process is a bit tricky and could use clearer guidance. The toilet tank also needs a quick look-to-fix to make it more effective. Overall, a nice experience with just a couple of minor hiccups."

The house was spacious.

I was very disappointed with the property because: # A lot of cockroaches # Washing machine was leaking and the kitchen floor was wet # Toilet was smelly. I suggest the owner to improve the above facilities in the future.

I checked in around 6:30 PM after driving nearly 11 hours from Thailand, expecting a place to rest comfortably. Instead, I had to check out by 9:00 PM the same night due to multiple issues: 1. The front gate was difficult to open outward because of overgrown tree branches. My 4x4 vehicle got scratched trying to park inside the property. Very inconvenient and hazardous. 2. The air conditioning in both the living room and master bedroom was not cooling at all, making the entire house hot and uncomfortable. 3. The WiFi didn’t work – no data or connection was available, despite being listed as an amenity. 4. The TV was unusable. No local channels, and streaming services like YouTube and Netflix couldn’t be accessed. Just for show. 5. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. Clearly not maintained. 6. The host was unprofessional. When I reported all these problems, the only response I received was: “If you’re not comfortable, just check into a hotel.” Completely unacceptable and irresponsible. This homestay is poorly maintained, not guest-friendly, and absolutely not worth the price. I’m very disappointed and will not return or recommend it to anyone.

The overall cleanliness totally poor. Very dirty washroom and dusty furniture. Rag very dirty. Entrance very dirty . Air-conditioning poor functions. Wifi not working at all even light blinking.
